A project made for the Picture Book course at KHiO. I created an illustrated book based on a childhood memory about a witch living in the forest behind my house. The book explores irrational childhood fears and the feeling of being afraid of things that do not really exist. It is also a visual exploration of the woods and the abstraction of fear.
The book was part of an exhibition showing the collection of books created during the course at Oslo National Academy of the Arts.
